Current and Past Presidents of
GACCP with Gov. Nathan Deal

Thank you for visiting the Georgia Association of Community Care Providers (GACCP) Web site. This site hosts a wealth of information about the association and the benefits of membership. The Community Care Service Program (CCSP) program provides caring, comprehensive, supportive and preventative care to clients in a home based or community setting. We are a group of providers through out the State of Georgia that helps those persons who are elderly and or functionally impaired to continue to live in the community. The CCSP Program offers an alternative to nursing home placement and the client must qualify for Medicaid.

Our members provide either a single service or several types of services. The provider can offer such care as:

  • Alternative Living Services ( Personal Care Homes)
  • Personal Support Services
  • Extended Personal Support Services
  • Emergency Response System
  • Home Delivered Meals
  • Home Delivered Services ( Home Health Services)

More information about each type of Medicaid approved services is available on the next few pages. Our association is proud to state that we have a Code of Ethics that upon joining our membership agrees to function within the confines of the agreement. We host two major annual conferences providing major updates on legislative, policy, problematic and program issues. In the spring and fall we present a one day intensive-workshop with hands on interaction which, facilitates learning and retention for practical everyday application.

The Georgia Association of Community Care Providers (GACCP) affords numerous opportunities for our membership to network with other providers for discussion of issues and exchange of ideas. We closely work with state officials of the Department of Human Resources, Division of Aging.

We maintain an administrative office where by all membership throughout the state having toll free access to our Executive Director. Please peruse our site, the information presented and contact our state office or access the links provided.
