Cancellation and Change Policy:
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending the meeting. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may:
Send a substitute: Do you know someone else who is interested in attending? Transfer your registration to another person by emailing director@gaccp.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration.
Request a refund: We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting by emailing director@gaccp.org. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, July 31, 2026.
